Heavy rain to start, clearing to blustery showers later on.
Today:
A very wet and windy morning, with some sharp bursts of heavy rain. The rain will clear through the afternoon with sunshine following, and just a few showers. Staying breezy, and turning colder through the day Maximum temperature 11 °C.
Tonight:
Most showers will fade through the evening, though a few may linger around the coasts. Some clear spells will develop, allowing for a touch of frost in rural spots. Minimum temperature 1 °C.
Friday:
After a bright start, cloud will thicken through the day. Despite this, most areas will stay dry, with just the odd isolated shower. Strengthening winds, particularly in exposure. Maximum temperature 11 °C.
Outlook for Saturday to Monday:
Unsettled over the weekend with spells of rain, strong winds and blustery, at times heavy showers. Further rain arriving Monday, but still the chance of some bright or sunny spells.
